We make custom bezels for OLED, LCD, LED and TFT displays that are commonly used in small production runs, custom electronics projects and hobbyist/enthusiast projects; including Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects. We also make bezels to mount devices like tactile buttons and USB ports.
As a long-time electronics enthusiast, I was inspired by being unable to find a simple way to mount a display in my numerous electronics projects – or at least find a method that didn’t involve ugly-looking screws, awful-looking hand-made panel cut-outs and messy glue-blobs.
The first bezel was for the popular 0.96″ OLED display, and its popularity prompted the development of a wide range of bezels for displays that are popular with electronics, Arduino, PI and also radio enthusiasts and hobbyists.
All of our bezels are designed and made in the UK and are not available elsewhere. We have also maintained our focus on the hobbyist, although some commercial products have also adopted our bezels.
Our bezels are primarily designed to
- Hide messy panel cut-outs
- Do away with visible, often ugly mounting screws
- Be available in single units
- Make it much easier and simpler to mount displays on a front panel or in a project box
Where we sell a matched display to go with a bezel, we buy the displays on the usual electronics markets. We don’t make displays – only bezels. For some of our products, we have also designed our own custom PCBs to make it easier for the hobbyist to build more professional-looking and much tidier projects.
