For EU customers:  Because of EU packaging regulations, we no longer ship to EU or EEA countries.
For NI customers:  Because of EU export regulations, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland.

For USA customers:  Due to new US Tariffs, UK’s Royal Mail has changed to a “PDDP” (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) services for USA shipments, where we pay USA tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees in advance. Hence, USA shipping costs are now more expensive, and we will no longer consider refunds requests for the shipment element of any USA order, sorry.

For USA customers:  Because of the cost and overheads related to US Tariffs, we no longer ship to the USA.

Other non-UK shipments We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so your local Customs may ask you to pay duties, tariffs and other fees, although our shipments are usually under customs thresholds.
